Due Process Abuse: Do you have a story to tell?

Most folks, and perhaps yourself, don't find out how critical their due process rights are until their rights are violated. As a result, one of the key services we provide is the publication of DPA Condensed Reports. There reports are published to expose and help stop the proliferation of "government-endorsed" actions and policies designed to remove due process rights from the common person to serve the political and private interests of "big business." Please take a moment to review these actual examples of due process abuse that have been submitted by our subscribers, clients, associates, and affiliates:

Instructions For Submitting A Story For Review

If you have a story that involves the denial of your due process rights that you would like to expose for the benefit of others, please provide the following preliminary information about your story. I'll review it, verify facts, and conduct some relevant research on the subject of your story in the context of due process abuse.

  1. Your complete name;

  2. Your current address;

  3. Your current phone number;

  4. A condensed recap of what happened, what rights were violated, and what damages you sustained. PLEASE limit your recap to one type-written page.

  5. Please feel free to attach a SINGLE PDF File of supporting documents not exceeding 20 pages in length.

After receipt, I will contact you within 3-4 days with details regarding our review (positive or negative) together with information about the publication process, costs, and time-frames for your review.

Hopefully, we'll be able to publish your story to help eliminate due process abuse as a way of making money in the American marketplace and help "level the playing field" with the specific type of due process abuse that is exemplified by your personal experience.
